We also offer stud service by our stud, Carolinas
King Jax. His date of birth is May 13th, 2007.
Jax is white with piebald markings. He is AKC
registered with champion blood lines. He has a
nice big blocky head and is very stocky and
muscular. Jax is great with kids and around
other pets (we have a couple of cats). He is very
playful, humble, curious, obedient, and loves to
follow you around and be where the action is.
He is happy and healthy and has had no health
problems and is a chunk weighing about 60 lbs.

The price of studding is a flat fee of 400.00,
plus vet expenses. For the stud fee, you get the
breeding service of our AKC registered stud, a
copy of his AKC registration papers, and
pedigree, along with the stud contract below.

CONDITIONS
STUD OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Provide bitch owner with a copy of AKC registration and pedigree of the stud dog
2. Have the stud dog in good physical condition
3. Sign litter registration promptly and return to bitch owner.
4. Provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same bitch if no pregnancy results from the mating, at no charge. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive, in writing, not more than 70 days following the mating.
BITCH OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Pay the agreed stud service fee before the bitch is serviced.
2. Pay any and all vet expenses associated with the breeding
3. Present bitch in good health and in season.
4. Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing no later than 70 days after mating if no pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so will result in no return service being provided.
5. Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog breeds her accidentally, before mating season is finished.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. ONE PUPPY BORN ALIVE OR DEAD CONSTITUTES A LITTER. HOWEVER IF ONLY ONE PUPPY RESULTS FROM THIS MATING, A RETURN SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE TO THIS SAME BITCH AT HER NEXT HEAT, OR WITHIN ONE YEAR, PROVIDED ALL CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT HAVE BEEN MET.
2. IF THE BITCH FAILS TO CONCEIVE ON THE RETURN SERVICE, THIS CONTRACT IS TERMINATED AT NO FAULT OF THE BREEDER.
